  1. We all know policies and procedures are not adhered to when staff WB. The WBis falsely accused of trumped up charges from their managers and colleagues.

    When WB win their unfair dismissal case no questions are ever asked to why the case of several yrs got totally out of hand at a high cost to the tax payer with barristers defending the NHS managers, nurses and in particular the conduct & behaviour of those who wrote the policies & procedures – senior overpaid and incompetent staff within WOD/HR.
    If these persons were held accountable for their lack of duty of care and pay out of their own pockets for their legal bills they would do their job which is simply follow policy and procedures and listen.
